Place Corned beef in Insta-Pot with 1-2 cups water & cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
Remove from pot when nice and Tender
Add Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots & Onions back into the juices from the corned beef into the Insta-Pot. Cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
Place Corned beef on baking tray. Spread grainy mustard over top and then top with Maple Mustard Glaze and broil for 3-4 minutes until glaze is caramelized & bubbly golden brown.
Maple Mustard Glaze:
2 tbs mustard
1/4 cup real maple syrup Put into a pot and bring for a boil for 2 -3 minutes
