How to Make the Perfect Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken with Quinoa and Steamed Broccoli




This grilled lemon herb chicken is packed with protein and flavor from fresh herbs and a zesty lemon marinade. Paired with quinoa salad, it’s a refreshing, light, and nutrient-dense meal perfect for a healthy dinner. It tastes savory with a burst of lemon and herb goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste




Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

  3. Steam broccoli until tender.

  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
