Life is Uncertain!! Eat Ice Cream first!

If you're like me, I'm ALL about ice cream! 🍨


What's even better is finding a healthier recipe to satisfy that sweet craving!


I wanted to share with you an ah-mazing ice cream recipe!

🍨 Ice Cream🍨

They’re easily made gluten-free and low sugar!!


🍨Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream🍨




Ingredients:

🍨 5 large Egg yolks

🍨 1 1/2 scoops Vanilla LEAN (order: http://bit.ly/VanillaLean)

🍨 1 pinch Sea salt

🍨 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

🍨 1 can coconut milk (or 1 cup Heavy cream)

🍨 1 scoop PDJ Collagen (order: http://bit.ly/PinkDrinkCollagen)


Instructions:

👉 Whisk eggs and salt together.

👉 In saucepan, mix milks/cream, LEAN, PDJ Collagen and cook over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

👉 Put it VERY slowly into the eggs while constantly whisking (this is so it doesn't scramble the egg)

👉 Once combined, pour mixture back into saucepan and cook over low heat while mixing until it reaches 170°F.

👉 Refrigerate overnight.

👉 Pour mixture into pre-frozen ice cream maker bowl.

👉 Churn for about 25 minutes, then put it in a glass container and freeze for more of an ice cream texture (Otherwise, it's more like soft serve)

👉 Add extract/cocoa powder to vanilla lean to make other flavors, too 💚 👉 Add raspberries & Lilly's chocolate chips
