Social Media Friendship

When I was going through Breast Cancer treatment, my friends on social media really stepped up to the plate to keep my mind occupied during the hardest times. I remember having friends to call me up every day, or send messages through Facebook just to cheer me up. We often think of social media as a nuisance, although its power of connection is undeniable.
